The running order already knows every file's name.

On an expo, a conference or a multi-stage show, the agenda is structured data that exists weeks before doors open. Joined against recording wall-clock, it names the session, the stage, the speaker and the sponsor on its own: no model, no network, no per-file cost. That is why the work moves to the week before the show, and why a general-purpose renamer cannot do it.

On film, episodic and commercial work, camera originals stay exactly as the recorder wrote them, because their names are the provenance chain the sound report and every conform depend on. The lab gets an ASC MHL it can verify with its own tools, and every conform you run can be taken back.
